Shipping policy within France

We offer shipping throughout France via Mondial Relay at a flat rate of 6€. You can choose the pickup point that’s most convenient for you.

To complete your order, please remember to enter your selected Mondial Relay pickup location at checkout in the text box. Orders cannot be shipped without this information.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days.

Shipping policy within the EU

We currently offer shipping to the following EU countries: Belgium, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Poland, Germany, and Austria.

Shipping is available at a flat rate of 10€ via Mondial Relay, allowing you to receive your order at a pickup point of your choice.

To complete your order, please make sure to select and enter your Mondial Relay pickup location at checkout in the text box. Orders cannot be shipped without this information.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days.

Shipping update for US-based customers

UPDATE 12/11/25: Shipping to the US is now closed for this collection. Thank you to all who have already placed your orders!

At the moment, shipping from France to the US has become extremely expensive- in many cases costing more than the pieces themselves. To avoid passing those costs on to you, I’ll be transporting all US-bound orders with me when I travel to the US at the end of December. Once I’m there, I’ll ship your order domestically, which reduces shipping and import fees by about 70%.

What this means for you:

  • Flat US shipping rate of €12

  • No surprise duties or customs fees

  • Orders will ship after Christmas, with delivery expected in the first two weeks of January

If you’d like to receive your piece in this batch, please place your order by December 21st 2025. After that date, US orders will be temporarily closed.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please reach out via bonjour@lepetitbalconceramics.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage and your order number so I can best assist you.
