Once we receive your order we will package and ship it within 3-5 days. There is a flat shipping rate of €5.

For customers within the EU, there is a flat shipping rate of €9. Your order with be packaged and shipped within 3-5 days after your payment has been processed.

Shipping policy for US-based customers

Shipping rates for US based customers are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Duties are included in the shipping rate, so you will not have to pay additional fees upon delivery.

• 1.25 – 3 kg: €70

• 1.25 – 3 kg: €33

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please reach out via bonjour@lepetitbalconceramics.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage and your order number so I can best assist you.
