Products

All pieces are handmade and may vary slightly in size, color, or shape. Product photos aim to represent items as accurately as possible; however, small variations are inherent to the nature of handmade ceramics.

Prices

All prices are listed in €, inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Prices may change at any time, but orders already placed will not be affected.

Orders

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been completed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or incorrect customer information.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers. Your payment information is never stored on this website.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout. Shipping options, delivery times, and fees vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or shipping carriers.

Customs & Import Fees

Customers outside the seller’s country of origin may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated on the Shipping Information page.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact bonjour@lepetitbalconceramics.com within 3 days of delivery with:

• your order number

• photos of the damaged item and packaging

Cases of damage will be handled individually.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period. However, this right does not apply to custom or made-to-order pieces. For ready-made products, the withdrawal period may apply unless otherwise excluded by law. Please contact the seller if you wish to request a cancellation.

Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, text, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Le Petit Balcon Ceramics and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is collected only for processing and shipping orders. Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy available on this website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes will be addressed in the competent French courts.
